To ensure that as many users as possible can access the content on this site, it attempts to conform to WCAG-AAA from the WAI .
Minimal Top Navigation
The structure of this site is such that a minimal navigation bar appears at the top of each page. From here it is possible to access longer index pages to find any part of the site desired. A collection of links to related documents can be found on appropriate pages.
It is hoped that this structure will cause the minimum of inconvenience to users, with particular benefit to users of linear browsers or non-pointing device based navigation.
Access Keys
Browser support for access keys is poor, and it often conflicts with (and overrides) default keyboard shortcuts on browsers and assistive technology. As a result, access keys are not used on this website.
