CMS producing Blog entries

More progress is being made. I now have the Blog section of the software half written!

| Entries | Basic outline is done. The templates need cleaning up a lot. |

| RSS Feed | Beta 1 is up and running at /index.rdf (2013: It is now Atom and has moved) - it had known errors involving Unicode, namespaces and improper encoding of entities, which I have no worked around, but in a somewhat hackish way. I need to do some talking to people involved in XML:RSS. |
