HTML 4.01 Strict

I've finally gotten around to doing it. This site is now (with the exception of my contact page as the PHP gets in the way — its on the list of things to replace) presented as HTML 4.01 Strict.

So its Goodbye to client side XHTML and all the sillyness of Appendix C, and hello to a spot of XSLT and a much better supported standard.
