XML::RAI and the Return of the Bookmarks

A while ago I switched Linux distributions and found that XML::RAI refused to install on my new setup. The consequence of this is that the bookmarks sidebar on my homepage gave up the ghost.

I've been having an attack of working-on-this-site over the last couple of days, most of which is taking shape as a new template (which isn't quite finished, but is looking very promising). I also went to revisit the bookmarks script with the intention of rewriting it to use a different module, happily I didn't need to do this as either my distro has updated to a stage where the module runs, or there have been releases of the module that fixed the problem.

So the sidebar now works again.
