IE8 Mode Switching and HTML5

At Nate's suggestion I have added some further tests to the mode switching suite to see how the HTML5 Doctype influences the mode switching of Internet Explorer 8.

I've updated the document, but the short version is that the HTML5 Doctype triggers the same modes as the one for HTML 4.01 Strict.
